Everything was good, including accommodating staff and unbeatable location in a great area. Location close enough to train station, shops/cafes, and the historic district. For tea or coffee visit Bar Vigilante nearby. Extremely spacious room with exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Exceptional view of street.

the venue was tasteful with modern and brand-new rooms. 2. the location next to the main train station and surrounded by shops and cafes was great. 3. the amiable host and staff made the stay enjoyable. 4. the hotel's proximity to attractions like Napoli train station and street views added to the appeal. 5. the bidet in the rooms was a nice touch.

The hotel's location was excellent and I enjoyed the secure access it provided. the modern and attractive design of the rooms and common areas exceeded my expectations. the private facilities were exclusive and fulfilled my luxurious needs. the room was large and well-equipped, offering a pleasant view of the surroundings. the communication was fast and professional.

The automatic lights in the family room were not useful and could potentially disturb sleeping children. That was the only minor issue I encountered at the hotel.

The location was perfect for my business trip, with most places within a 5-20 minute walk. the hotel had excellent security features, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. I also appreciated the fast and correct communication with the staff.

the bath mat was never replaced and became very dirty, resulting in black feet.

Ideal Location: This property is perfectly situated in the heart of Naples, just a stone's throw away from major attractions like Maschio Angioino and San Carlo Theatre. It's like being in the center of the action!
